Every homeowner who contacts Everywhereultra Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Everywhereultra Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Step by Step: Filing a Complaint

Email contact@everywhereultra.lat. Include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened, and what outcome you would like

What to Expect

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. This may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
